Consultation Services for Office Procedures

Setting up effective systems to have your office running smoothly and efficiently is one of the key factors in creating a successful private practice. Uncommon Practices provides consultations on an as-needed basis for psychotherapists and office staff needing help with office procedures.

Consultations can be done in person or via telephone, email, or a combination of each of these. Consultations are done with Jennifer Miller, Executive Manager of the Relationship Institute, who has been a key partner in growing the Relationship Institute from one small office to a large group practice with three office locations, five office staff,  24 psychotherapists and an average of 160 new intakes per month. Jennifer is an expert in all areas of office systems, including:

  • creating systems for efficient flow of information through the practice
  • developing and implementing guidelines for clinical staff to follow
